This is recipe was sent to me by Paulding & Company, a full catering kitchen based in San Francisco boasting vast opportunities for bonding and excitement founded by mother-daughter duo Tracy and Terry Paulding.
These days I am always looking for healthy meals and lots of veggies. While surfing the net, I came across this recipe from Bon Appetit.
While in Ireland this past July I had the pleasure of eating a cherry tomato honey tart created by Chef Kevin Dundon.
I have not had time to post lately with my schedule being so hectic, but always find the time for the Creative Cooking Crew challenges. July’s challenge: Taco, make it your own…take it someplace it’s never been.
June’s Creative Cooking Crew Challenge was to create a triple-decker sandwich with at least three ingredients using the same letter of the alphabet.
May’s challenge for the Creative Cooking Crew is “what are you bringing to the BBQ?”. So many options and ideas, but what I wanted was something refreshing for a hot summer day…Gazpacho!
